You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival date. Please note that the property will charge the total price of the reservation if cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival date.

If no show, the property will charge the total price of the reservation.

You will be charged in advance for the total price of the reservation during the 5 days prior to the arrival date, you will never be charged before such 5 days.

The property will also charge a fixed amount of EUR 150 per room on the day of arrival as a deposit, a partially refundable amount

For groups of children under 25 years old, the property will charge 100 euros per person as a deposit (partially refundable amount).

ATTENTION: The reception is centralized in Voralmar Mas d'en Gran Apartaments, Avenida Diputación 170 Esc. D 1o-3a.


Tourist Establishment Fees (Law 5/2012 Generalitat de Catalunya)

Approved by Law 5/2012 of March 20 on tax, financial and administrative measures and the creation of the tax on stays in tourist establishments, rev. DOGC no. 7340 dated 30-03-2017.

The rate per person per day, with a maximum of 7 days for tourist homes is 0.90 euros + VAT.






This Privacy Policy will apply to browsing our website,as well as to the contracting and management of your stay in our apartments Voralmar Mas d'en Gran (hereinafter, the "VORALMAR APARTMENTS").

Identification data. First and last name, postal and electronic address, and telephone number.

Payment information. Bank details that you provide us at the time of payment of a reservation and / or any other concept related to your stay in the VORALMAR APARTMENTS.

Any information that you voluntarily share publicly on the social networks of APARTAMENTOS VORALMAR. Such information will be subject to the privacy policy of the social network on which you share it, so we recommend that you review your profile's privacy settings.

Do we process data from minors?

FARCAM GESTIO requires access to the identification data (name, surname and date of birth) of children under 14 years of age staying in the VORALMAR APARTMENTS, in order to manage their reservation and / or stay. FARCAM GESTIO will inform the parent/guardian or legal representative about the treatment of the same,  and will request the necessary authorizations and consents for this purpose.

Also, if you share images on our social networks in which children under the age of 14 appear, you must ensure that you have the prior authorization of the child's parent/guardian or legal representative.

FARCAM GESTIO reserves the right to request you at any time the accreditation of such authorization.

How long do we keep your data?

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.
